Action Buttons

Provides quick access to essential features like cleaning preferences, dock controls, shortcuts and map management without leaving the home screen.

The visibility of these buttons dynamically changes based on the currently selected task type, ensuring only the actions that are relevant to the active mode are shown.

Left Handed Mode

These buttons can be relocated from the bottom right of the map to the bottom left by enabling the Left Handed Mode in the Advanced Configuration.

Cleaning Settings

Provides options to configure global cleaning parameters and modes, including suction power and water volume levels, prior to starting a job. On supported models, the CleanGenius mode can be enabled to let the robot automatically evaluate and apply the optimal cleaning strategy for each room.

Cleaning Settings
CleanGenius

NOTE

This menu is inaccessible while an active scheduled, shortcut, or CleanGenius task is running. These tasks strictly adhere to their own predefined or auto-generated settings.

Dock Settings

Provides control over base station functionalities for models equipped with self-emptying, mop-washing, or mop-drying capabilities.

State Memory

The card stores the last selected Dock Settings tab and automatically draws to that specific tab when reopened on same browser.

Wash

Provides control over the mop washing behavior. The Mop Wash Level and advanced features like Hot Washing, Auto Rewashing and Detergent usage can be toggled depending on the vacuum model's capabilities. An immediate washing cycle can also be manually triggered when available.

Wash Settings
Self-Clean Frequency

The Self-Clean Frequency option is kept under Wash Settings to maintain a logical grouping of dock-related features, even if the official app places it under Cleaning Settings. The self-clean frequency menu operates as an independent view. Tapping on any of the top tab headers exits this view and returns to the main settings.

NOTE

The Self-Clean Frequency option is completely hidden when CleanGenius is enabled since the robot automatically determines the washing frequency.

Dry

Provides management over the mop drying processes.

Dry Settings

The Drying Time can be adjusted between 1 to 9 hours depending on the model. Silent Drying can be enabled to reduce base station fan noise. A mop drying cycle can be manually started or stopped when available. On supported models, Bag Drying can also be managed directly from this menu on the devices that has dust bag drying capability.

Empty

Manages the base station's dust collection behavior.

Empty Settings

The Auto-Empty Frequency can be configured from this section. The Auto-Empty feature can also be toggled entirely on or off. An immediate dust collection cycle can be manually triggered when available.

Maps

Provides access to multi-floor maps to switch the active floor, perform basic management tasks, or access map editing interfaces. The currently active map is always pinned to the top of the list.

Maps
  • Rename: Sets a custom name for the saved map using the dreame_vacuum.vacuum_rename_map service.
  • Restore: Navigates to the Recovery Map List of the selected map.
  • Select: Calls the dreame_vacuum.vacuum_select_map service to change the currently active map. The confirmation dialog for this action can be disabled via the hidden_card_objects parameter in the Advanced Configuration. This icon is only visible on unselected maps.
  • Rooms: Navigates to the Saved Map Editing interface.
  • Objects: Navigates to the Object Editing interface. This icon is only visible on the currently active map.
  • Wi-Fi Map: Navigates to the Saved Wi-Fi Map interface. This icon is only visible on the currently active map.

IMPORTANT

The Delete map action is disabled in this quick-access menu to prevent accidental data loss. A map can be permanently removed from the dedicated Map List in Map Management.

Shortcuts

Executes pre-configured shortcut routines created via the official app, or custom Home Assistant scripts defined in the card's configuration.

Shortcuts

This action button is visible only when at least one shortcut exists on a supported vacuum model, or when custom scripts are provided. Configuring custom scripts is detailed in the Advanced Configuration guide. Managing official routines is detailed in the Shortcuts section of Device Settings.

This action button remains fully visible and accessible while the vacuum is performing an active task. A new shortcut routine can be instantly triggered from the list without manually stopping the current task first.

Repeats

Sets the number of times the current cleaning task repeats. This button is visible during Room Cleaning () tasks when Customized Cleaning () is disabled. It is also visible during Zone Cleaning () and Spot Cleaning () tasks.

TIP

The repeat count can also be configured from the Cleaning Settings () menu before starting the task.

Add Area

This button is visible during Zone Cleaning () and Spot Cleaning () tasks to add a new cleaning zone or a target coordinate for spot cleaning.

TIP

New zones or points can also be added by tapping directly on the map, or by tapping on furniture, carpets, or obstacles on supported devices, as detailed in Object Selection.
