Get Dreame Vacuum Card
The Dreame Vacuum Card is an advanced, tightly integrated interface built directly into the dreame_vacuum integration. Its ultimate goal is to completely eliminate the need for the official app, allowing every aspect of the vacuum to be managed and controlled directly from Home Assistant.
The activation process is completely seamless. Once activation is complete, the integration automatically validates the license in the background and unlocks the card instantly. There are no license keys to copy and absolutely no manual configuration required within Home Assistant.
The activation steps below detail the process to unlock the full potential of the card.
Per-Device Licensing
Each card activation is tied exclusively to the unique hardware ID of a single vacuum device. If multiple vacuums are owned, each one requires its own individual activation.
Since the license is bound to the physical device rather than the server, the card will never need to be reactivated even if Home Assistant is completely reinstalled or the system is restored from a backup.
Activation Steps
Add to Dashboard The card requires placement on the Home Assistant dashboard exactly as described in the Installation and Usage guide.
Click the Get Dreame Vacuum Card Button Hovering over or tapping the card reveals the Get Dreame Vacuum Card button directly on the card interface. Clicking this button initiates the activation process.
Complete the Checkout The system redirects to a secure payment page. The on-screen instructions guide the completion of the purchase.
Ad-Blockers
If the checkout page fails to load or function properly, ad-blockers or tracking protection extensions, such as uBlock Origin or Brave Shields, can sometimes interfere with secure payment scripts. Temporarily disabling them for that page resolves these issues.
URL Modification
The URL in the browser contains a unique identifier generated specifically for the device. Modifying the URL at any point during the checkout process causes the activation to fail.
Restart or Reload Completing the transaction requires reloading the Dreame Vacuum integration or restarting Home Assistant.
After the restart, the card automatically unlocks, rendering all available features fully accessible.
